Vertically Slatted Wooden Acoustic Wall Baffle

Vertically Slated Wooden acoustic wall baƯles are constructed using either solid wood slats or
Medium Density Fibreboard veneered with premium wood species. These baƯles oƯer the
advantage of being more versatile in terms of size due to the empty interior space, allowing for
customizable dimensions. These baƯles excel at absorbing sound, reducing echoes, and providing
both functional and decorative value in modern spaces such as auditoriums, theatres, and
conference rooms. Their versatile construction, customizable design, and eco-friendly finishes

Construction:
 The baƯle design features six slats, each measuring 19mm wide x 32mm deep x 2435mm
long, spaced 32mm apart.
 The slats are mounted on nine 1-1/2″ x 1″ x 12″ Douglas Fir rails that are stained black
with a low-VOC stain.
 The structure is backed by 1″ thick black acoustic insulation, which is attached between
the rails to further enhance sound absorption capabilities.
Net Dimensions: (57mm), with a face width (305mm) and fixed lengths of (2,435mm). Finish
Options:
 Zero-VOC Clear Oil or Low-VOC Polyurethane finishes are available.
 For enhanced safety, the baƯles are treated with Class A Fire Retardant on the best visible
surfaces.
